Suggested Use
For our Sleep Full Spectrum CBD + CBN Oil, start using 1-2 servings (1-2mL) 15-20 minutes before going to bed for the first seven nights. If you don’t feel a noticeable difference in the first seven days, increase your dosage by half a serving (0.5mL) every 3-4 days, if needed, until desired effects.
If, after some time of taking our Sleep CBD CBN oil, you don’t notice the same effects as before, take a 3-day break, and start back at a lower dose. This is normal as our bodies can build a tolerance to cannabinoids. It’s all about finding the dosage that works for you.
