An energizing way to enjoy CBD in the morning or when you need to keep focus.

What does Brother’s Breakfast Tea taste like?

Black breakfast tea is stronger and more robust than that of green tea. Breakfast Buzz has a combination of Assam and Ceylon, and is slightly sweet, malty, and rich in flavor. Adding cream and sugar is the norm for breakfast tea, and to some give the tea a honey like taste.

Tasting Notes: Rich, Full Bodied, Nutty, Smoky

When should I drink Brother’s Breakfast Tea?

In Ireland and the UK, Breakfast Tea is enjoyed during breakfast as a substitute for coffee. We recommend either drinking this in the morning or in the afternoon as a pick me up for some afternoon tea. Remember, each bag can be used up to 2-3 times (and be sure to press and massage the bag with a spoon for maximum benefit!)

What’s inside this Black CBD Tea?

Inside our Breakfast Blend, you’ll find:

  • Assam & Ceylon, both of which contain caffeine
  • An est. 50-60mg CBD Per Tea Bag, full spectrum. Batches vary.
  • Dehydrated coconut milk (used as a lipid to increase CBD absorption, along with other proprietary organic ingredients).

What are the benefits of Brother’s Breakfast Tea?

Breakfast Buzz is our CBD-infused breakfast tea and promotes alertness and provides energy. Breakfast tea is a staple in morning routines, especially across Ireland and the UK. It’s also full of minerals and antioxidants!

The base of Breakfast Buzz is Assam, one of the most popular black tea varieties in the world. Assam is known for its richness, and full & malty flavor. Assam is frequently used in breakfast teas and grown in the state of Assam in India. Assam is one of the most popular and palatable teas, partially because Assam is one of the largest tea producing regions in the world, with over 300,000 hectares planted. Assam tea is grown on the lowlands of Assam, unlike Darjeeling tea which is grown in the highlands. Assam tea is generally harvested, in a first flush and a second flush. It is first picked during early spring and the second is harvested later and the more prized tea where it is sweeter and more full bodied.

Assam’s malty and strong flavor is often preferred for Irish Breakfast, as Irish Breakfast tends to be stronger than English Breakfast. Ceylon (also known as Sri Lankan Tea) originates from Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon). It is known for its bold, full and brisk flavor. It is processed by hand, which lends to its brisk flavor. Ceylon, like Assam, is high in antioxidants.
